GVT w/ Violent Variations


For my next Mass cycle, I am planning on using a GVT variant where I rotate heavy week (4-6) with a light week (10-12). I want to work is some of CT’s violent variations into the program. As the volume is already intense in and of itself, any thoughts on how to do it? Perhaps on final 2 sets for a body part use a different method each week? Or I could use it in only one of the weeks - any thoughts?
