I am in the last week of my cutting phase … this is the hardest thing I had to do. I need calories and carbs! Anyway, I digress. Next week I plan to start packing on the LBM with massive eating and a GVT routine. I’m wondering if any of you have tried both programs, the GVT and the GVT 2000 and which you thought was better? GVT 2000 looks like a more balanced plan, but is it as effective for putting on size? Thanks for you comments.

GVT is a pretty dull routine. I’ve used both programs and found I was able to stay focused and motivated with GVT 2000. I used both on a maintenance diet and found I had better results with GVT 2000.
