I just finished GVT. I did it for 3 wks. And I gained 3 lbs, could of been more if I didn’t BECOME lactose intoleran and waste most of the food I take in. I don’t know how but I just did. And I found that out 2 days ago when I stopped mixing milk with Grow!. I am gonna rest for a wk and then I will try to shred some of the fat off with a 2 or 3 wks diet/program. Just sharing my progress. Anyone else went on GVT?
I’ve done GVT (the CP version) about 4 times. It definitely works, but it really burns me out/overtrains me fast, so I have to make sure life allows me to get ample recovery during the program. It also boring as hell. But, yes, it does work well for hypertrophy.
