GVT quick question..again

My split is flat bench/dips for monday squats tuesday pullups/arm curls thursday and deadlifts/overhead press friday. On the upper body days like monday I have a hard time on my triceps doing 10X10 bench then 10X10 dips. Should I change my bi tri days or pick a exercese that I can use less weight on?? Thanks and feel free to make any other comments on the exercises I am using if its needed.
