Good Lord…Just got back from the gym and I start GVT today. That was great, i have never had a pump like that in my life, although i did puke, for the first time in the weightroom. I’m So proud! And that was on upper body day, i think i puked because i was doing decline DB press. I am gonna bump up my calories about 200-300 a day. Has anyone done GVT lately? Maybe you can give me some Pointers. Ya’ll do know this is the only place i will look for answers when it comes to training, right? Damn i’m hungry.

would it be advised to go three days a week, say monday, wensday and friday instead of four, to prevent overtraining?
