What’s up y’all… Look I know that there has already been a training protocol for us to follow while taking MAG-10, but I have a question: I have always been a good responder to the original GVT regimen, and I think that a lot, if not most of those taking MAG-10, want to put on as much size as they can. So would just using GVT or GVT2K for their training be a good thing?
I think GVT or GVT2k would be fine. Just use the calorie and protein guidelines found in the Growth Surge Project or “MAG-10 Plan for Success” articles.
