GVT 2000

Perhaps this question is a little premature & I am a newbie to this program afterall, but my question is, how long should each workout take? I started today with quads - over & done with in 20 minutes. The amount of weight I am working with does not matter - its good for me.

Can anyone provide any insight; any experience with doing this program? I’m used to taking about 45 minutes but that includes hamstrings as well. Is this really enough?

Is there not anyone out there that can comment? Does 20 mins seem accurate/enought?

i have tried GVT in the past.
and a workout was longer than 20min.
about 60 if i remember correctly.

10x10 with the rest and the correct tempo takes time…
