im on month 4 of my version of a westside Routine, so far its been good to me.

Overhead Shoulder Machine 6x160, 6x250, 6x320, 6x410, 6x460
Cable Crossovers 5x100, 5x110, 5x120, 5x130, 5x140
Upright rows 5x80, 5x80, 5x90, 5x90, 5x100
