Guidance Please

Please see below. This is in addition to daily weighted vest walks, neck harness, and Agile 8. Just trying to be strong, not a deconditioned piece of crap with some hypertrophy where it matters. Thanks for any guidance in the right direction.

Monday
…Squat: Deload
…Bench press: 5s Pro & FSL
…DB rows: 50 reps
& 5 minutes of arms

Wednesday
…Deadlift: 3s Pro
…Press: 5s Pro & FSL
…Good-mornings: 3x10-15
…Chin-ups: 50 reps
& 5 minutes of arms

Friday
…Squat: 5s Pro & FSL
…Bench press: Deload
…Shrugs: 50 reps
& 5 minutes of arms
