Guaranteed Muscle Mass, Rep Range for Shoulders?

Hi Paul, I’ve been doing your Guaranteed Muscle Mass program for three months now, and am finding it to be fun and challenging. Question on rep ranges: Upper Body is listed as 75%; recently though I’ve seen a couple if sources claiming that Shoulders should be worked at lower intensity/ higher reps. In the context of the GMM program, is 75% still the best fit for OHP. or would going lighter be better? THANKS!!

When you factor in the 50% set it should be quite a few reps. If you want to throw in some 100 rep plate raises after that, then feel free to do so and enjoy the gains. :slight_smile:

Thanks Paul, that makes sense… the 100 rep plate raises are gonna be a major challenge haha
