Guaranteed Mass Program Results?

Hey guys, Im just finishing up 8 weeks of an Alternating Force Curve routine and I’ve decided on Coach Carter’s Guaranteed Mass Program next because Paul Carter looks like he’s straight out of a comic book. He should play Venom, fuck Tom Hardy!
Just curious what type of results you guys got on the program? I’m hoping for leg size due to the high frequency of leg training as well as some arm size.
