Look at the performance chart for this thing. For the price I would say this sounds like a pretty sweet hobby. Any ideas how you’d go about insuring it?

Unless you have a good condition scrap corvette sitting around, it still isn’t exactly ‘cheap.’
True but you can buy a Z06 crate engine for around 13,000. In the end you’ll be able to build it cheaper than buying a new corvette.
That place is awesome. It’s about 10mi from where I grew up. I went there and applied for any job they could give me twice.
It’s great to just go visit.
You didn’t get hired I take it? What kind of positions do they offer? I’m guessing welders, engineers, and mechanics?
Funny, this past week I’ve been looking at FFR Cobra replica with a 427. My next car will be that or an LS1 Miata.

Nah I didn’t…I was 17 and didn’t know any of those trades. But now I’m a mechanical engineer…maybe I’d fit the bill NOW.
