Hey, I am just finishing up Growth Surge Phase II and a 2 week Mag-10 Cycle. I have noticed on chest day all the pump is in my shoulders and none in my chest. Is this because my shoulders are lagging way behind? I am doing 275x6x3 Bench 60x10x3 incline dumbell press and then an incline fly strip set of 60x5 55x5 and 50x5. Any suggestions?
