I have been following the GROWTH SURGE project to a t. During the MAG10 cycle I made some great gains, I am currently heading into the 2nd week of the RECOVERY CYCLE. My question is about the supplement part, why isnt Flax Seed oil or Fish oil tablets used in the RECOVERY STAGE? Also, how much sugar is too much, I am eating raisons for the calories as well as a Banana and Pear during my Protein + Carb meals. Is this too much sugar, my mid section is constantly full, and doesnt seem to be going down, please help,
