I am preparing to start the Growth Surge Project training that was outlined in T-Mag 182 - 184. I have read through all three stages, read all of the supporting articles, lined up all of my supplements and gone grocery shopping. My question is in regards to the training sessions. In all three stages there are suggested exercises with the number of sets and reps, as well as cardio, but there is no mention of any kind of warm-up for any muscle group.
What should I do to warm-up during this program?
