Growth Surge Project Question

In stage 2 of the GSP, it says to do 3 sets of triple strip sets (5,5,5). Does that mean that you just do the 15 total reps (Strip the bar down once) or are you doing 45 total reps (stripping the bar down 3 times). I’m just a bit confused, so any insight would be much appreciated.

45 total reps divided between 3 sets.
