I am about ready to start this but dont see anyway possible doing the 2 a days with my schedule. I see the regular guy training program…but it looks like a joke compared to the 2 a day workout plan…I would like to do something a bit more intense but once a day…its like on the 2 a day your doing a lot more sets like 12- 18 sets per body part…on the regular guy your doing like 4 sets…shouldnt their be something in between like doing 6-8 sets per body part each day? If the goal is to overtain for the 2 weeks…then why do so little on the regular guy section?? Anyone? Chris?
