I read on the forum about people saying too much weight is bad for your growing by damging your growing plates. But how much weight is too much?
Not that i am lifting enough weight too damage them, but i'd like to know for the future as i am only 16.
My lifts are:
Squat 220 lbs 5 reps
Deadlift 200 lbs 5 reps ( i started deadlifting way after i started squatting, so it will catch up)
Benchpress 160 lbs 5 reps
