CT, I haven't been training in over 6 months and I wanted to start again. I thought of doing the power look program as that's the look I want, but I was thinking of adding a day of growth factor training for shoulders and arms as those my most lagging parts. Would that be ok, or would it be too much?
That's too much, especially after 6 months off. Re-build your base then worry about lagging body parts.
