I've been reading T-Nation religously for a few months now, and so I figured it's about time I get on here. Essentially I was fat my whole life, and peaked at about 280 pounds. I got serious into weightlifting, and wanted to compete in bodybuilding, and dropped down to about 200 pounds. I slacked off for awhile after that, and now I'm more motivated then ever, only now I've decided that I want to powerlift instead of bodybuild. Currently I'm trying to finish up losing some weight, as I'm still around 18-20% bodyfat, and for once in my life I want to not have a nasty stomach. Once I'm down I plan on getting serious with upping the weights.
Bodyweight - 184.6
Bodyfat % - 18-20ish
I'm following 531, and my calculated working maxes are ...
Squat - 290 (Decided to drop off weight and work on depth)
Deadlift - 345
Bench - 230
Push Press - 180
