Grow!

Do you guys take 1 scoop of Low-Carb Grow! before bed or 2? thanks

I take 1 scoop of old Grow!, one scoop of new Grow! and mix with about an ounce of water and a splash of raw milk (which I can get in California) and make a pudding out of it…

I usually take two scoops before bed, but I guess it really matters on what your goals are too? Fat loss or bulking. Hope I could help

Btw- The new formula tastes great.

I use 2 scoops before bed and sometimes 1 or 2 in the middle of the night if I wake up.

I now take one before bed and have another single scoop ready at about 3AM.

I mix on scoop of GROW with some Yogurt in a blender. Makes a great shake, and best of all it’s fast and easy.

Uh oh. Would the 3 scoops I’ve been taking before bed mean I’m ‘OD’ing’ on Grow!? :wink:

Low-Carb Grow!, cottage cheese, water, flax oil, all in a blender.

Having a shake in the middle of the night if you wake up? Holy shit, even before I started taking ZMA I slept like a fuckin rock.

This was written in 2002…prior to Biotest’s reformulation. I would assume they have made the best Night-Time shake possible.

Either 1 or 2, depending if I’ve met protein needs for the day. If I’ve fallen short, I’ll take 2. If I’m mostly on target I’ll use only 1.
