does anybody mix their Grow! Whey with any flavors?
i bought the Grow! bc of the price and since it didnt have any flavoring, i thought i could mix it with just about anything. but drinking it straight mixed w/ water kinda tastes like the after taste of macaroni and cheese.
so im just looking for suggestions. i bought some cocoa powder, but im not sure how much of it to mix into the tub.
i mixed the Grow! Whey with Metabolic Drive and some oatmeal yesterday and blended it all together for a super shake for a snack throughout the day and it tasted surprisingly good. but straight, Grow! Whey is hard for me to take. this coming from a guy who can down a glass of water mixed with CEE and citrulline malate.

1 serving Biotest Superfood
Enough water to mix it into a thick paste
Just had it yesterday. Good stuff.
I also like mixing it with oats or melted peanut butter. And I like adding sugar free syrups to it as well and then freezing it if it’s with the PB. Simply microwave it to heat it up a wee bit, and walla…bodybuilding ice cream.
I usually drink it with just water but for a change of pace, those single powder packs of drink mixes work good, if your in a slump there is one called Power Edge available at WalMart that has some “boost” in it but no sugar.
i got mine at a garage sale and just cleaned it out real well, but my brother said they have them at wal-mart. They’re cheap, and they have a bunch of sizes!

hehe…if I could freeze dry it, I would.
On the weekends, I like to throw some extra ice in it since I have more time to drink it slow and enjoy it. I’ll throw some extra cinnamon on top.
Also, when I’m not cutting, I’ll bump it up to a full cup of yogurt (or kefir depending on availability), 2 scoops of Metabolic Drive and also throw in a half or full cup of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) in it.
