I’ve been a long time T-Nation fan and I buy pretty much every supplement accept for protein. I’ve tried it numerous times, I’d say I buy it 3 times a year but usually go with GNC.
Of course, the new article sparked my interests again and seeing how I just got paid, wth.
Now which is best for a MRP? Most of the time that’s what I’m doing with my GNC 100% whey protein. At work I try to get a shake in every 2 hours + a solid meal on break. I’m not getting enough calories this way and I want the best thing that would help replace meals. I work 40 hours a week so that’s pretty much 5 days out of 7 where I eat liquid meals 60% of the day.
So what’s the best option for me?
