Grow! Okay for Lactose Intolerant?

Hey guys:

I’m slightly lactose intolerant. I can have cheese like in a few slices of pizza but drinking a tall glass of milk often gives me gas and sometimes puts me on the toilet. Is there anyone out there in the same boat as me who is using Grow! without any ill effects? I’d like to try it but I’m not sure if I should. Any advice would be great.


I’m in the same boat. Can’t drink a glass of milk. Anyway, I can drink Grow with no problem. Most protein shakes are very low or no lactose in them.
