hello everyone here on this very fine homepage that is T-Nation. i have recently in addition to my strength and agility program added two days of parkour (wed and thurs). it seems though that my groin on the second day gets 'tired' and starts to hurt, keeping me from a lot of the explosive tricks and flips. i am not the most limber person, specially around the hip.
my questions are:
could this be linked to fatigue and therefore just be a matter of time before it will improve?
would it be advisable to strengthen the muscles on the inside of the groin?
would it be good to try to increase the flexibility/ mobility of the groin?
are there other things i could consider?
