Grocery List

Ok people, when I go to the grocery store my objective is to stay on the outskirts of the store and stay out of the isles with a few exceptions.

Here is what my grocery list looks like and I try to stay within this list. Whenever I go shopping I just print it out.

Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Fuck man that’s an awesome list but must cost a bit if you have to buy that every time!

No, I don’t buy all of this everytime. I just use it as a guideline so I don’t have to think about it when I get into the store because all I want to do is get the hell out of there. But there are 4 people in my house.

Wow, that’s a big list! When I’m cutting or tring to maintain, my list has maybe 10 things on it.
