Ok people, when I go to the grocery store my objective is to stay on the outskirts of the store and stay out of the isles with a few exceptions.
Here is what my grocery list looks like and I try to stay within this list. Whenever I go shopping I just print it out.

Fat Free Mozzarella String Cheese
Low Fat Swiss Cheese
Eggs (Enriched w/ EFA’s)
Sliced Good Turkey Breast, Chicken Breast, And Roast Beef
Turkey Burgers (Frozen)
Chicken Breast (Frozen Boneless & Skinless)
Cheap Roast (Sliced thin for home made beef jerky)
Protein Enriched Pasta
Oat Bran Cereal
Yams / Sweet Potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
