I’m pretty consistent on what I eat, and it can all be made from:
Tuna (Wild Planet with just sea salt added). I eat this pretty much daily.
Chicken. I eat this maybe 4-5 days a week.
Eggs. I’m actually eating fewer these days. Maybe 3-5 eggs/week.
Beef (usually grass-fed ground). I eat this maybe 2 times a week.
Whey (no artificial colors, flavors, or especially sweeteners. I can’t stand those nasty fake flavors). Daily for me.
Frozen blueberries. Daily.
Spinach. Daily. Two big handfuls.
Broccoli/cauliflower. Most days, with dinner.
Lettuce. Most days, with a tuna sandwich.
Sprouted whole wheat bread. Daily.
Oatmeal. 2-3 times/week.
Rice. 3-5 times/week.
Potatoes. 2-4 times/week.
Pistachios (love these). Daily.
Raw almonds. 2-3 times/week.
Natural peanut butter. 4-6 times/week.
Other Must-haves I always keep around
Dijon mustard. I use this to make tuna sandwiches. Sounds gross, but much better than mayo.
Whole milk. Daily.
Coconut water. Maybe 3-4 times/week.
Cayenne pepper. I add this to my tuna. It’s awesome.
Special treats/occasionals that I have 1-3 times/week
Dark chocolate. Favorites are with sea salt / caramel.
Good Beer. IPA’s or sours. So many awesome ultra-local spots these days, it’s great to be a beer fan.
