For powerlifting purposes I prefer the semi-neutral grip. It’s also much easier on my shoulders.
I like the semi-neutral grip, I feel like it’s easier on my shoulders
I used to do them semi-neutral but recently switched to more BB style simply because it was harder for me. I have a small history of some shoulder issues but it hasn’t aggravated anything.
