Grip Training Wrist Pain

Training currently for a PL meet, doing Strongman also- dont feel im overtraining-volume fairly low but wrist pain has started to nag me…Ive been doing lots of grip work which I think has been the culprit.I work together with a chiro have had adjutments, laser etc…Any good products to work extensor mechanisms? anyone out there any ideas

Ice after every session and back off either the volume or intensity just a bit.
