One question about racking the clean. On power cleans I like to rack the barbell on my shoulders (load bearing) with high elbows and hands (support) just outside my shoulders. For a right hand one arm clean what structure bears the load (right hand, left shoulder, right shoulder, both shoulders, upper chest)? I find it difficult to catch the barbell on my upper chest because it slips off. I can’t catch the barbell on my collarbone because well it hurts. I hope this question makes sense.
