I found this weeks article on grip training very enlighting, I was wondering if any others are going to give this program a go?
i sure am. i have small forearms and a decent grip. i rarely use straps, only for heavy deadlifts but i’ve never seemed to stick to a grip program before. i will use his guidelines for maxium, dynamic, and repeated effort days but i will not be using the same exercises. i think i’ll start out doing them every 5 days as he recommends and work my way to every 3 days.
