Grinding Wrist Issues

My right wrist has been in extreme pain for at least 3 weeks, its not broken and i don’t think it is sprained or strained. I kindof feels like the bones are grinding together, and it can’t support much, my benching has been hurt drastically by this as it wants to buckle on me. I never really had a defining moment when it happened ethier, its jsut got systematically worse. WTF is it?
thanks for any help!

  1. Go to the doctor and get x rays at a minimum. When he tells you what is going on, listen and do what he says.

  2. After you’re cleared to lift, get and use wrist wraps for benching.

And if it’s been hurting for only three weeks, it’s most likely a sprain , strain, or combination. Tendonitis is also possible, or just good ole myofascial restrictions that a good ART guy can fix.
