Grey Pubes Leader/Anchor

How would I set up leader/anchor for Grey pubes routine? I know there’s a lot of 2 day full body routine examples in Forever book but not any for One lift every two weeks.

One Cycle

Monday

Squat or Dead - 5/3/1
SS Bar - 5x10
SLDL or GM - 5x10

Wednesday/Thursday

Bench or Press - 5/3/1
Press or Bench as per the book - 5x10
Rows - 5x10


Next Cycle (again only one cycle long)

Monday

Squat or Dead - 5/3/1
SS Bar - 5x5
SLDL or GM - 5x10

Wednesday/Thursday

Bench or Press - 5/3/1
Press or Bench as per the book - 5x5
Rows - 5x10

**You can periodize the supplemental work anyway you decide. We also do chins on Monday’s workout between some sets (50 reps total). You can do facepulls on both days.
