Hello Just stumbled onto this forum and it seems like a great place. I play rugby for the Lake County Gladiators in Gurnee, IL.
I am a prop but havent had a good season for a while.
I had a back injury while serving in the marines and have been recovering from that. I used to do a lot of powerlifting before that. now its getting better and i want to get into training.
I am bored of training with just weights so ive been looking into alternative training. Ive picked up some kettlebells and am building a sandbag this weekend. Hopefully i can whip my fatass into shape in the next 12 weeks since my rugby team took third in the midwest and now i have to play in DII. thanks
