Anyone know anything about Diet Arizona Green Tea? It is sweetened with Splenda and some amount of honey, but has, according to the label, less than 1 gram of carbs per serving. Just wondering if anyone has heard or read anything negative about this. Im simply worried that the honey or splenda may spike GI levels, but I’m not sure that such a low amount would do anything.
No all in all it looks good to me. I have tried it on several occasions but just dont like the taste of the stuff. I think it is pretty nasty and that is saying a lot. Not much I wont eat.
I simply make my own green tea by the gallon.
