Green Tea + BCAA + Stevia

Made a gallon of it with 8 tea bags, about 40 grams of BCAA’s, and Stevia added to preference. Gives about 5 grams BCAA’s per 16oz serving. Takes a while for the BCAA’s to dissolve, about 2 mins of shaking. It doesn’t taste great but it tastes good.

I’m gonna drink about a gallon of this stuff per day to keep hydrated and hopefully keep from losing muscle while on my diet.

I don’t know specifically about green tea, but doesn’t tea dehydrate you to an extent? Not saying you’re going to run into issues, because you’ll still be drinking a gallon of fluids…
