Sustains metabolism?
Would there be any added benefit in ingesting the tea leaves themselves? I know the antioxidants are water soluble so need to be soaked first but would adding the soaked leaves to say a shake be worthwhile?

outside of ephedra there’s one substance nearly every effective weight loss and energy supplement has. So I would just rank it on how much caffeine it contains.
