ive heard its the flavogens or whatever they are called that boost your resting calourie rate.. (if that makes sense)

Sustains metabolism?Would there be any added benefit in ingesting the tea leaves themselves? I know the antioxidants are water soluble so need to be soaked first but would adding the soaked leaves to say a shake be worthwhile?
outside of ephedra there's one substance nearly every effective weight loss and energy supplement has. So I would just rank it on how much caffeine it contains.
