Weird green button floating on page, cant get rid of it. Seems to be a link to adds? What is it, can i remove it?

I don’t think this got addressed - I know what the green cookie is for, but it does not give anywhere to opt out of the sale of personal information. There’s nowhere to click to make it happen.

And i can’t make it go away. It blocks the “reply” button for me.
