Great TV Series

Breaking bad ruined TV for me.

Nothing will ever be that good again…[/quote]

I know how you feel, but Mad Men. I don’t know if I can live in a world without Mad Men.

I also really miss house…

So I should watch Better Call Saul then? Cause i found the first couple episodes kind of boring

Archer

Blacklist

Game of Thrones

House of Cards

/full stop

Old Stuff:
First 15 or so years of the Simpsons
First 1 or 2 years of South Park
Lost, up until that horrible ending

New Stuff:
Vikings
Elementary
Castle
Arrow
Flash
Big Bang Theory

Definitely watch it, Spock!! I loved Breaking Bad, and am totally hooked on Saul. I like the fact that they are using characters from Bad (Tuco/Mike, who by the way, was the main focus on the last episode. We now know more about Mike’s history as a cop and what brought him to New Mexico. Heard rumors of other Bad characters showing up down the road.

Bottom line? My favorite show on the tube right now.

Its really started to pick up this week. I think this is week 5 or 6? Def a slow start but well worth the weight. Fuck i love Mike.

I was really sad to see Sons of Anarchy on the list. That show is/was pretty much complete shit…I still had to watch every episode just to make sure. I can’t believe such a popular show had such poor predictable writing and such crappy 2 second noob photo shop special effects.

Luckily, Walking Dead hasn’t been listed yet. That show can be good but it has also been some of the worst television I’ve ever seen. Absolutely, no fucking excuse because the source material is great.

And I hate to be a know it all douche bag (Code for I fucking love it), but some of the shows listed aren’t TV. It’s HBO. You should probably apologize.

List:

Breaking Bad (you fucking know why)
Archer (phrasing)
South Park (best satire…EVER!!!)
House of Cards (not sure how I feel about the 3rd season)

Recent Shows I’ve Watched that a smaller segment of the pop will ike:

Dead Man Wonderland (Strange but in a good way. Kind of like Battle Royale but in a prison and animated…meets Disney World.)
Arrow (pretty decent with most faults being the low budget and some what predictable writing at times)
Naruto Shippuden (Don’t you dare fucking judge me. I’m in too deep after watching however many thousands of episodes.)

You get to see an older Xena lezz out on Spartacus!

This week’s episode was a cracker. It looks like they’re planning for the series to have a nice long story arch. I think it has the potential to be better than Breaking Bad.

damn now I really wish I hadn’t stopped watching it.

Gotta play catch uP!

Blasphemy!!!

That would be something though. I wonder how many seasons they can fit in due to it being a pre series? Also, if Gus makes an appearance this season my dick will straight explode.

Everyone SHH no giving away stuff !!!

Curious: What was everyone’s fave episode of breaking bad ??

Not really an episode but whenever they would single camera shots accompanied with music of them making meth, disposing of a body, doing some science {bitch!}. I enjoyed all of those throughout the series.

I really liked the one where Gus blew up, that was awesome.

Stuff with Todd i found really stressful. I hated him…

Oh, when jesse’s first GF died and he started going nuts that was intense.
AHH I MISS THAT SHOW!

It’s pretty old now but I didn’t see anyone mention it…arrested development.

Only TV series I ever bought the actual DVD set of.

Enjoyed battlestar galactica as well, but I’m not sure if it would be as interesting as a DVD set. I think the actual viewing and the simple anticipation of next week’s episode likely shared an equal portion of my enjoyment of the series lol.

Both really good shows. Did Arrested Development reboot on Netflix?

Yeah they got new stuff up there. Heard it’s pretty good but haven’t seen it myself cause I don’t watch so much TV anymore. Just Walking Dead.

The new ones are pretty funny, but the way the ending is left wide open for a follow-up isn’t particularly satisfying. Each episode is told from a single character’s viewpoint, and some are funnier than others.

The Jinx — probably the best TV on right now (sadly over last night – HBO). True story of Robert Durst. It’s fascinating to me because I know the Durst family very well in a business setting. (In fact, they are my law firm’s landlord.)

Durst was arrested last night co-incident with the airing of the last show.
