Used clen for two weeks for the first time. Not only did I lose 2-3% bf, but I gained some descent muscle and strength for only two weeks. Wasn’t expecting the muscle gain. I definitly wasn’t eating over maintenence, and I was going really low carb except for one carb up day on the weekend. Now I just hope that I don’t gain the fat back since I’ve stopped.

What brand/type of clen have you used?
Was taking 160mcg of anabolic review liquid clen. Had no sides except sweating a lot when I was in the sun. Also took 3 grams of taurine a day.
