I’ve been religiously following the T-Dawg 2.0 diet (described here: http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_diet_nutrition_bodybuilding/the_tdawg_diet_version_20)as part of Chad Waterbury’s Summer Program, the fat loss program described in this article: http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1140463
I’m on week 6, and I’ve gotten two professional hydrostatic body-fat tests: one after week 2 and one yesterday. I lost 8 lbs of fat and gained 0.1 lbs of muscle in the last 4 weeks. I’m very pleased.
Anyway, I’m nearing 5% bf now and I’d really appreciate some advice/links to articles on how to go back to normal, both in terms of diet and workout plans. My body is used to using a quarter pound per day of fat for its energy and HOT-ROX Extreme to provide all the boosts, and I don’t want to screw up all the progress I’ve made by going back to normal in a bad way.
My goal now is to bulk very slowly and cleanly, so as to never gain more than 4-6 lbs of fat. As soon as I gain in that range, I’ll cut it so I won’t have to do this incredibly grueling program for more than 3-4 weeks ever again.
By the way, I’m at 6.2% and I’ve got what appears to be flab so I guess it must be loose skin. I know sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesn’t…does anyone know how long will I have to wait to find out if I’m fucked or not???
