Since I started my bulking process, I've put on 18-20 lbs, with the expected fat to go along with it. I started the last week of August and did 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with mag-10 and I've just done three weeks of 5x5 training. By no means do I have the size or strenght of anyone exceptional, but I am extremely happy with all the hard work that I put in and results that I have recieved. I just want to say thanks for the patience and the info that everyone has shared.
And when people say this is a life long commitment, they're right. I'm already thinking to how I'm going to cut in the summer, and then bulk up next winter (2003-2004).
