Nice to see size classes of LDL particles discussed. It would be nice if they had a little more info on the dietary links rather than making it a commercial, but still better than most programs that intend to strictly inform.

It compares low carb keto vs low fat diet on LDL and HDL particle size. Since both these diets are limiting either fat or carbs, they will likely lead to better lipid profiles than the average diet prior which one can assume to be the average North American intake.

Interestingly, similar small LDL reductions were present in both groups, but the low carb group had around half the concentration and higher medium and large LDL levels as well as reduced VLDL levels.
