I just got done with a high intensity powerlifting type program that i have been on the last 3 months and now i am taking a week off and next week i plan on trying some sort of ian king or other good program. my main focus now is size, but with summer coming up i want to stay ripped (right now i’m at about 7%). what sort of program would you guys reccommend to hold me over until the fall when i plan on eating like a mad man and packing on the real size. my weaknesses are my hamstrings, calves, biceps, and back. i am kind of leaning towards the great guns program, but wasn’t sure. for the people that have done it, how did you split up your training for other body parts and what volume/intensity did you perform for maintainance?
