I had to take about a week off from training because i was feeling a little overtrained but i had GREAT first day back. I 2 board press 205 with about 40 lbs of band tension at the top. 205 was the bar weight, and that was a 15lb PR and i dont think thats to bad at a bodyweight of 140 lbs. The last time i tested my bench press was probably 10 or 12 weeks ago and that was 200 lbs. I’m going to be testing it on Monday. I’m hoping for 215 but my major goal is 225, but we’ll just have to see.
