Has anyone tried any of the diet plans for the weight classes?


I have done the low carb, and higher carb weight loss plans(for the 170 class) I am actually an amateur boxer and fight at 165. I started trying the diets about 2-3 weeks before a match I had and was able to lean down pretty nice. I definitely can recommend. I was also able to maintain strength while following the diet. I will start back eating like that so I can maintain weight and not have to cut at the last minute. Ive taken a few days off my diet but start back tomorrow.
