Grape Juice

After reading the post below about fructose I was wondering if it is ok to take 12 - 14 oz of grape juice with my post workout protein/creatine shake to get the insulin spike? After all grape juice is essentially fructose, right? Poliquin reccomended this a while back and I have been using his recomendation for a while now. Should I just use maltodexterin post workout? Or is grape juice AND malto good to use? Any advice would be great…

Real grape juice (not sweetened with high fructose corn syrup or with apple juice) contains mainly glucose.
