Just curious on peoples opinions, I have recently got a grade 1 hamstring tear in my left leg, situated above halfway, but below the hip attachment and I was wondering on what peoples idea to help recover, strengthen, and rehab it. Ive been taking ibuprofen for the pain and for its anti inflammatory effects, elevating is, been using some of that KT tape mainly for awareness of my leg, and i have also been doing exercises to slowly regain full ROM.
So far stairs, twisting my leg with a slight bend and doing any sort of dead lifts from the ground are a no no.But I can do squats at a slower speed without any pain.
Just wondering about peoples, and hopefully some more knowledgeable people may have some more info?
