Has anyone out there done CTs shoulder glider 2004 grab drill workouts? I have been doing them for several weeks, and have done all of the prescribed sessions in the article, plus have come up with several innovative ones of my own... However I am experiencing wrist/forearm pain, I think due to the impact onto the hard surface of linolium/hardwood flooring. Any advice? or has anyone had a similar experience?
no one tried the grab drills!?
I know they look silly, but you'll get some great gains and reduce imbalances in the shoulder complex.
