I just started one of kb’s vertical programs. i want to know if gpp’s on off days are a good idea and if they are, should i do them the day after a leg day or a day before. thanks for any input.

I use some GPP on my “active rest” days to facilitate recovery and keep me active rather than sitting on my ass. They key is that it shouldn’t be too hard or too long (15-30 minutes).
